* Add Helixstreet RPC endpoints for Polkadot AssetHub and People chains

Adding Helixstreet public RPC endpoints for Polkadot AssetHub and People chains. Helixstreet won RPC Tender 5 for public RPC nodes.

* lint fix spaces

* Remove trailing blank line at end of file to fix lint

Fixes ESLint errors on end-of-file: no trailing blank lines and no trailing spaces.
