* Add custom logo for Bulletin Chain

Replace chainsPolkadotCircleSVG with dedicated Bulletin Chain logo
across all network configurations (mainnet, Westend, Paseo).

* Remove unused chainsPolkadotCircleSVG imports

Fix lint errors by removing the now-unused import after replacing
with chainsBulletinPNG.
