* Reset themes, single palette

* Additional comments

* Bump identicon, darkorange highlights

* Default button colors to $default

* isPrimary for all major (maybe rather shouldn't)

* All input buttons are non-primary

* Toggle to $highlight, links to $primary

* Swap darkorange to Thibaut-orange

* Icon  highlight to non-orange

* Highlight  package bump

* Updates

* Adjust referendum result color (aligning with orig Polkadot)
